Mama’s Help offers a high quality domestic cleaning service to private residential households.
Services and benefits:
- We understand that domestic cleaning is very personal hence we provide a high standard of service that addresses reliability, honesty, punctuality and effective communication.
- We assign the same Help to particular household except when requested to be changed.
- We give our clients the opportunity to interview their assigned Help before they start work. This is to ensure that they are comfortable with our assigned Help from the outset.
- The Help will use your materials and equipment to do the assigned job of the day. This is to ensure that only your preferred products are used.
- A replacement Help is provided during holidays or sickness on request.
- The Client specifies the work to be done in the allocated time. The day and time of the clean will be agreed to suit the client.
- We will change the Help any time you request for it.
- Regular cleans & one-off cleans catered for.
Cleaning services include:
- Vacuuming
- Ironing
- Wiping surfaces
- Polishing
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and kitchens
